Registration Information

Student Registration for the 2022-2023 school year will be conducted online.  Please contact your school office if you do not know your Skyward login.  Once you have completed the online registration, you may fill out the following forms, enclose the required payment, and mail or hand deliver the payment to SCES.  NO CHECKS WILL BE CASHED UNTIL AFTER AUGUST 1st.  If you have students in more than one building, please submit separate payment by building.  Beginning July 1, you may also make fee payments online using your MySchoolBucks account.

 

Homeroom teacher assignments will be available on Skyward after Aug. 1.

Lunch Fees for 2022-2023:

All student breakfasts and lunches are free thanks to a four-year grant through Illinois State Board of Education.
Extra milks will be available for purchase.
Menus will be available after August 1st on the school website.

 

Elementary School Fees:

Textbook/Resource Fee – $45.00
Technology Fee (4th & 5th only) – $40.00
Technology Insurance Fee (K-5) – $20.00
Family maximum is $120 total in technology fees, including insurance.
Parents of free lunch students may apply for a textbook and technology fee waiver – but everyone is required to pay the $20 tech insurance fee.

Returning preschoolers should register on Skyward.  If you are a parent/guardian of a NEW kindergartner, please let us know by filling out this Google Form!

Preschool Registration

Dear Preschool Families,

Screenings for the 2022-2023 school year were held in Spring 2022.  To request a screening, leave a voicemail at the elementary office (309-695-6123) or email Mrs. Hamilton (ahamilton@stark100.com).  Children must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st to register for Preschool.

Families will be notified if they are accepted into our preschool program. Once accepted, you will be mailed registration forms.
